Dr.Geetha N K serves as a Professor & Head in the Department of Mathematics, Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE) in Bangalore, is currently the First Year Coordinator for Chemistry Cycle. She has 23 years of experience in academia and Industry, in the domains of research, teaching and administration.

Dr. R. Raja Ramakrishna is a Professor and Head of the Department of Physics at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), Bengaluru. He is also currently serving as the First Year Coordinator for the Physics Cycle. He has 18 years of extensive academic and research experience. He holds a Ph.D. from India and the USA, along with PostDoctoral research experience in Thailand and Senior Researcher experience in Russia. His research expertise focuses on glass science and technology, rare-earth-doped functional glasses, photoluminescence, synchrotron studies (Athena & Artemis), scintillating materials, nonlinear optics, photonic materials, and advanced optoelectronic materials.

He has been actively involved in several government-funded research projects supported by agencies in India, Russia, Thailand, and the USA. He has 148 international and national research Scopus indexed publications, and has supervised/co-supervised postgraduate research in advanced glass and optical materials. He has also served as a reviewer for several reputed international journals, including Scientific Reports, Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Journal of Non-Crystalline Solids, Optical Materials, and Journal of Luminescence.

Dr. Rajaramakrishna is an IEEE Senior Member and has been recognized among the Top 2% Scientists (Single Year) for 2023, 2024, and 2025. He has received the Best Oral Presenter Award (2018) and has delivered numerous invited and keynote lectures at national and international conferences in India, USA, Thailand, Russia, and Indonesia. His professional affiliations include KSTA, IEEE Photonics Society, IEEE AESS, IEEE Bangalore Section, and CSI. His work contributes significantly to the fields of photonics, luminescent materials, radiation detection, optical communication, and emerging optoelectronic technologies.
