Her research visit was funded through the 'SIRE Fellowship Award'- 2023, that she received from Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), a statutory body of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.

Inauguration was started with a convention series talk by Dr. Pradeep Kumar Srivastava and by Dr.Joshi. During the convention there was a series of plenary sessions, technical sessions and poster sessions on various topics such as Chemistry of foods, food for health and wellness, Food safety and analytics, Food ingredients, enzymes and additives, Sustainable Food waste management, etc. There were more than 2500 National and International delegates participating in the event. Had an opportunity to interact with many Scientists who are working in the area of Food Chemistry, sustainable food waste management, and food processing.

Kumar Title:“MS-based Proteomics: Concepts, Data analysis & Visualization” Host organization: IIT Bombay and NCCS Pune Topics covered:Basic program on mass spectrometry based proteomics hands-on sessions to analyse raw mass spec data, perform secondary MS data analysis, Data Visualization in terms of heat maps, PCA plots etc. and Pathways analysis. Further, proteomics data validation using targeted proteomics workflow and hands-on session using Skyline and Panorama was conducted in this workshop.
