MoU with Logiczap NextGen Technologies Pvt Ltd
As a part of Institute-Industry Connect, today the department of EEE has signed an MoU with LogicZap NextGen Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Odisha, India. It is one of the unique MoUs in the department. The industry will establish an EV lab in the department and they will train the students in the field of EV, Embedded, EV Communication protocols, IoT, Controllers, Battery Management Systems, Motor testing, etc. They will also provide paid internships, placements, workshops, skill development training, seminars, etc. They will guide our students in their mini-projects, and major projects. The students and faculty have complete access to their lab facilities at any time. They will support FDPs, conferences, research projects, product development, patents, publications, etc for faculty. For the signing ceremony, Mr Kunal and Mr Ravikumar from LogicZap and Dr BG Prasad, Principal-DSCE, Dr M Premkumar, HoD-EEE, and faculty members have joined. After the signing, the industry experts interacted with our faculty members.

The Department of EEE, Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bengaluru, has successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 26th of December 2025 with an industry partner SNETLEY, Bengaluru to foster collaboration in the areas of research, innovation, skill development, and industry-oriented academic activities. The MoU aims to promote joint initiatives such as technical workshops, expert lectures, student projects, internships, and collaborative research. This MoU also includes setting-up a center of excellence on model-based controllers at the Department of EEE, DSCE. This partnership is expected to strengthen academia–industry engagement and provide enhanced learning and research opportunities in the department.

The department is pleased to announce that a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been successfully signed between the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, India and Vinyas Innovative Technologies Limited, Mysuru, Karnataka, India, on 09/11/2023. This MOU formalizes the mutual interaction and strengthens the existing partnership between our two entities with the intent to collaborate in the field of power management, power electronics, power supplies, and power devices for unmanned vehicles. In addition, the industry is ready to offer internships and training to faculty members and students, student projects, incubation centres, etc.
This collaboration will open doors to new opportunities, including joint research projects, shared resources, student engagements, etc., which will contribute to the advancement of our common goals and interests. The department is confident that this MOU will pave the way for innovative solutions and will mark the beginning of a long-lasting and fruitful relationship. The department looks forward to the shared success and the positive impact our cooperation will have on both our workforce and the wider community. The Department has made MOU with Eco Energime Engineers LLP on 30th March 2021 which will give platform for Industry Institute research activities.
Company Profile:
Eco Energime Engineers LLP is based in Bangalore, established in the year 2015. EEELLP provides consulting and engineering services in the area of energy efficiency and water conservation for manufacturing & process industries, and commercial buildings.

Webinar Organized by E&EE department. ‘Hands- on Webinar-Getting Started with PCB design using Autodesk Eagle’

A webinar was organized by E&EE department in association with Xtrogenesis Technology.Autodesk Eagle , a software to design PCB by laying out the components and routing them as per the circuit requirement, was introduced to the participants from 4th and 6th semester students. It was hands on workshop, with students building the design along with the instructor. It was attended by 32 students. Certificates were issued to 24 students who were able to successfully submit the complete circuit designs, created using the software.
