- The Department of Medical Electronics Engineering is well equipped with modern facilities in class rooms and laboratories
- Apart from regular laboratories, department of Medical Electronics Engineering is also well equipped with additional laboratories such as:
- Medical Imaging Research Center
- Advanced Biomedical Digital Signal Processing Laboratory
- Reverse Engineering Laboratory
- Industry support laboratory – Advanced GE Healthcare Laboratory, provides better learning opportunities for the students which caters to enhance the on – jobskills of the students for performing optimally in their careers
- An exclusive department library facility is available equipped with latest text books, reference books, e-journals etc.
- Students have access to technical papers of reputed journals through the digital library
- A student chapter of Instrument Society of India (ISOI) has been started in the department under which all the events are conducted
